Private sector companies have the competitive edge, wherein you will have to deal with everyday market challenges with your quickly problem solving and decision-making skills. Furthermore, the salary package offered by private companies to management professionals is too high. Some of the industries where an MBA graduate can work are as follows:
Though the salary package of management professionals in Government sector is not as high as compared to private sector, however, in the government sector there’s the minimal work pressure, job security and stability. Scope for management professionals in government banking sector is highest as compared to any other domain. Many government run accountancy and financial institutions are always in a lookout for young BBA Graduates. If you are BBA graduate who is good at analyzing key issues, planning and managing resources and data-crunching, then you will have a bright future in government sector.
AIMA Bizlab is a virtual business laboratory designed for Management Graduates to offer the hands-on-experience in Management concepts and make them industry-ready. AIMA Bizlab is one of the first laboratories in Meerut region providing a platform to the students where they can take all the Business decisions related to Production, Marketing, Human Resource and Finance department with the help of simulation exercises. Business Simulation Exercises will help in improving problem solving, decision making and analytical skills of the students. These exercises will also help in sharpening their entrepreneurial competencies and capabilities.
In this exercise students will be appointed as the CEO of smart phone manufacturing company and they have to define the company strategy and make critical decisions across all functional areas of the business.
Performance would be measured using a balanced scorecard approach. This requires balancing the short term as well as long term performance indicators which are:
1. Stock Price and Profitability
2. Market share and customer service level
3. Stock out cost and Plant Utilization
